§ 5-25. Violations enumerated.

(a)

It is hereby declared to be prohibited and a violation of this article for any person to operate a vessel within any slow speed/minimum wake zone designated under section 5-23 hereof at a speed in excess of minimum wake speed.

(b)

It is hereby declared to be prohibited and a violation of this article for any person to engage in water skiing or to operate a vessel from which any person is water skiing within any no water skiing zone designated under section 5-24 hereof.
