§ 5-24. No water skiing zones designated.

Latest version.

The following bodies of water or portions thereof, situated within the county, are hereby designated no water skiing zones:
(1)

North Fork Black Creek no water skiing zone. North Fork Black Creek from its confluence with South Fork Black Creek upstream to the bridge at S.R. 21.

(2)

South Fork Black Creek no water skiing zone. South Fork Black Creek from its confluence with North Fork Black Creek upstream to the bridge at C.R. 218.

(3)

Old Ferry boat ramp no water skiing zone. From one hundred (100) yards west of the C.R. 209 bridge to the east end of Devil's Elbow at GPS coordinates N30-05.12, W81-48.21.
