§ 2-195. Officers and staff.

The transportation advisory commission shall elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson who shall each serve a one-year term. Minutes of each meeting shall be kept and prepared under the supervision and direction of the transportation planning commission by the director of the county's planning department or his or her designee, and copies of such minutes shall be filed with the clerk of the board of county commissioners. The county's planning department shall provide staff support for the transportation advisory commission.
