§ 18.3-231. Limitations.

Latest version.

For the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2007, and for each ensuing fiscal year, a budget may be adopted for, and municipal purpose ad valorem taxes may be levied in:
(a)

Not more than one (1) of the Fire Control MSBUs; and

(b)

Not more than one (1) of the Law Enforcement MSBUs; and

(c)

The Unincorporated Services MSTU.
