§ 17-34. Advisory committee—Established; membership.

There is established a law library advisory committee consisting of the county librarian, the county administrator, the county attorney, a representative of the Clay County Bar Association appointed by its president, the clerk of the circuit court, the county judge of Clay County, and a member of the Clay County Board of County Commissioners, who shall be the committee chairman and preside over its meetings.
