§ 16-1. Administration of "Section 8" of the Housing Assistance Payments Plan.

The county grants to the City of Green Cove Springs the right to act as the public housing authority for the purposes of administering Section 8 of the Housing Assistance Payments Plan Program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the unincorporated areas of the county.
