§ 16-2. Fee for recording subdivision plats.

(a)

There shall be paid, in addition to all applicable recording fees and costs, a fee of one dollar ($1.00) for each lot in any plat submitted for recording in this county.

(b)

Fee shall be paid to the clerk of the circuit court prior to recording thereof, and by him deposited into the general fund of the county.

(c)

All lots platted for cemetery purposes shall be required to pay four dollars ($4.00) per acre or four dollars ($4.00) for each part of an acre in lieu of the one dollar ($1.00) per lot required in subsection (a).
