§ 12. Effective date.

This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its acceptance by Grantee, as evidenced by the manual signature by its appropriate officers of a certified copy hereof and the delivery thereof to the Clerk of the board of County Commissioners of Clay County, Florida.

Duly Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Clay County, Florida, this 28th day of September, 1993.
