§ 20. Preferential or Discriminatory Practices Prohibited.

  • The grantee shall not, in the rates, charges, services, facilities, rules, regulations, or in any other respect, make or grant any undue preference or advantage to any party, nor subject any parties to any prejudice or disadvantage; provided, the grantee may conduct promotional campaigns in which rates are discounted or waived. The grantee may establish special rates for particular classes of subscribers, i.e., the grantee may make special contracts for nonprofit charitable, educational, governmental, and religious organizations, or the grantee may offer bulk rate discounts for multiple unit dwellings, residential development, hotels, motels, and similar institutions.
