§ 7-191. Certificate required.

All persons desiring to engage in business as an irrigation contractor for the installation of residential and commercial irrigation systems and similar functions under the terms of the Clay County building codes shall, before engaging in such business, obtain an irrigation contractor's certificate issued as provided herein.
