§ 7-36. Rules and regulations; examining witnesses.

To carry out its duties, the board may:
(1)

Promulgate rules and regulations consistent with the general policies of ordinances it is required to administer; and

(2)

Administer oaths, conduct hearings, and subpoena witnesses.
