§ 7-34. Meetings.

(a)

Number of Regular Meetings: The board shall hold regular meetings on the first Monday of each month, providing there are agendaed items.

(b)

Special Meetings; Calls: Regular or special meetings shall be called by the chairman of the board and in his absence by the vice-chairman of the board or by a quorum of the board. Special meetings shall be called only with at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice to all members as to time and place.

(c)

Public Meetings: All meetings shall be open to the public and shall be held in a place accessible to the public. Public notice of place and date of meetings shall be placed in an approved publication.

(d)

Records: All minutes of the board meetings:

Shall be kept in the office of the building division.

(2)

Are public records, except those portions which are of confidential nature, such as, but not limited to, credit reports, financial statements, and communications received as provided herein with respect to an applicant's qualifications.
