§ 7-32. Membership.

(a)

Term: Members of the board shall be appointed by the board of county commissioners for a term of three (3) years. Initial terms of office may be less than three (3) years to provide overlapping terms.

(b)

Removal: Any member of the board may be removed from office by a majority vote of the board of county commissioners.

(c)

Resignation: Any member of the board that wishes to terminate his position should do so through a letter of resignation transmitted to the board of county commissioners.

(d)

Vacancy: A vacancy occurring during the unexpired term of office of a board member shall be filled for the unexpired term in the same manner as the original appointment.
