§ 7.3-16. Penalties.

Any person, firm, corporation, association, or governmental entity who: knowingly makes false or fraudulent claims to procure, attempt to procure, or renew a certificate; uses or attempts to use a certificate that has been suspended, revoked, or terminated; violates any part of this chapter; or knowingly conceals information relating to violation(s) of this chapter, is guilty of a first degree misdemeanor punishable as provided in Sections 775.082 or 775.083, Florida Statutes.
