§ 6-123. Fee schedule.

(a)

The following fee schedule relates to plan reviews:

(1)

Site plan review: $50.00 per phase.

(2)

Review of revisions to site plan: $50.00 per phase.

(3)

Plan review of new construction:

a.

Valued between $0.00 and $100,000.00: $50.00.

b.

Valued between $100,000.01 and $500,000.00: $100.00.

c.

Valued between $500,000.01 and $1,000,000.00: $200.00.

d.

Valued at $1,000,000.01 or greater: $300.00.

Revision of plan review of new construction:

a.

Valued between $0.00 and $500,000.00: $50.00.

b.

Valued at $500,000.01 or greater: $100.00.

(5)

Plan review of fire sprinkler/standpipe system (up to 10,000 square feet): $50.00 per system.

(6)

Plan review of fire sprinkler/standpipe system (over 10,000 square feet): $75.00 per system.

(7)

Plan review of fire alarm system (up to 10,000 square feet): $50.00 per system.

(8)

Plan review of fire alarm system (over 10,000 square feet): $75.00.

(9)

Plan review of hood or paint booth fire suppression system: $25.00 per system.

(10)

Plan review of hood or paint booth ventilation system: $25.00 per system.

(11)

Plan review of emergency generator system: $25.00 per system.

(12)

Site plan review for fuel tank installation (underground or aboveground): $25.00 per tank.

(13)

Site plan review of removal for fuel tank: $25.00 per tank.

(14)

Plan review of fire protection water tank: $25.00.

(b)

The following fee schedule relates to the inspection of new construction. All fees shall be paid prior to the inspection being conducted.

(1)

First inspection: $75.00.

(2)

First reinspection: $0.00.

(3)

Second reinspection and all additional reinspections: $100.00.

(c)

The following fee schedule relates to tests and inspections conducted to recertify systems. All fees shall be paid prior to the test or inspection being conducted.

(1)

Fire sprinkler system hydrostatic test: $75.00.

(2)

Inspection of fire alarm system: $50.00.

(3)

Inspection of cooking hood or paint booth fire protection system: $50.00.

(4)

Inspection of cooking hood or paint booth ventilation system: $50.00.

(5)

Emergency generator test: $25.00.

(6)

Fire pump test: $50.00.

(d)

The following fee schedule relates to fire safety inspections to existing structures that are required by Florida Statutes or the Florida Administrative Code, or that are requested by a state agency:

(1)

Fire safety inspection (up to 100,000 square feet): $50.00.

(2)

Fire safety inspection (over 100,000 square feet): $100.00.

(3)

First reinspection: $0.00.

(4)

Second reinspection and all additional reinspections: $100.00.

(e)

The following fee schedule relates to use permits and permits for miscellaneous services:

(1)

Amusement park permit (includes fairs, carnivals, and festivals): $100.00.

(2)

Burn permit (for nonresidential property): $100.00.

(3)

Fire sprinkler system permit: No charge.

(4)

Fireworks display permit: $50.00.

(5)

Permit for tent or membrane structure used for cooking, Christmas tree sales, sales of fire works or sparklers, horse shows, or public gatherings of any kind (200 square feet or larger): $50.00.

(6)

Permit for the handling of materials or hazardous operations listed in Table 1.12.19(a) of the Florida Fire Prevention Code: $50.00.
