No person shall be deemed to be in violation of this article with respect to any particular
slow speed/minimum wake zone designated under section 5-23 hereof, or no water skiing zone designated under section 5-24 hereof, unless signs complying with the provisions of Chapter 68D-23, Florida Administrative
Code, or its successor in function, identifying the boundaries of such particular
zones have been posted in such a manner and places that a person operating a vessel
or water skiing therein can reasonably be expected to see and read the same. With
respect to points of exit from any slow speed/minimum wake zone designated under section 5-23 hereof, such signs shall include signs reading "Resume Normal Safe Operation." With
respect to points of exit from any no water skiing zone designated under section 5-24 hereof, such signs shall include signs reading "Water Skiing Permitted Beyond This
Point."
