§ 2-134. Adoption of plan.

The plan reflected in the minutes of the August 2, 1988, meeting of the council is hereby adopted as the initial Clay County Tourist Development Plan, to be reviewed and revised from time to time, and to have the force and effect as provided in state statute.

Tax revenues received within a particular uses category under proposed uses in any particular fiscal year shall, if not expended within such fiscal year, be carried forward from year to year within the same uses category until expended, or until allocated otherwise by amendment hereto. Expenditure of revenues so carried forward shall not be restricted to grants awarded or obligations otherwise incurred during the fiscal year received.
