§ 2-31. Official productions of historical commission—Dedication to county board.

All official productions of the historical commission, when created on behalf or at the direction of the historical commission by all or any of its members, whether such productions are comprised of maps, charts, illustrations, photographs, historical records or facsimiles thereof, compendiums or abstracts of historical records, speeches by members, or writings or recordings of any type or otherwise or any other item produced under section 2-27 hereof, shall become the sole property of the board of county commissioners, upon the dated execution by the members of the historical commission directly responsible for the production thereof of a written irrevocable dedication, gift and donation of the production to said board.
