Editor's note
Ordinance No. 90-71, adopted Nov. 27, 1990, did not specifically amend this Code; hence, codification of §§ 1—4 of such ordinance as superseding former § 2-1.3 was at the discretion of the editor, with the concurrence of the county. The deleted provisions pertained to additional court fees for a family mediation unit and derived from Ord. No. 86-48, as amended by Ord. No. 90-15.
