§ 2-1.1. Same—Court facility charge.

Pursuant to the authority provided in Section 318.18(13), Florida Statutes, as established under Section 60 of Chapter 2004-265, Laws of Florida, commencing on September 8, 2009, and continuing in perpetuity, in addition to any penalties imposed for noncriminal traffic infractions pursuant to Chapter 318, Florida Statutes, or imposed for criminal violations listed in Section 318.17, Florida Statutes, a surcharge of thirty dollars ($30.00) is hereby imposed, said surcharge being referred to herein as the "court facility charge". The whole of the court facility charge shall be paid by the clerk of the court to the county to be used exclusively in providing and maintaining state court facilities within the county as specified in said Section 318.18(13), Florida Statutes.
