§ 2.3-36. Operation contrary to operational requirements.

  • (a)

    It is unlawful for any person to be an operator of an adult entertainment establishment or sexually oriented business which does not satisfy all of the general requirements of section 2.3-27, regardless of whether the establishment is licensed under this chapter.

    (b)

    It is unlawful for any person to be an operator of a sexually oriented business which does not satisfy all of the general requirements of section 2.3-28 regardless of whether the establishment is licensed under this chapter.

    (c)

    It is unlawful for any person to be an operator of an adult theater which does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 2.3-29 regardless of whether the establishment is licensed under this chapter.

    (d)

    It is unlawful for any person to be an operator of an adult performance establishment which does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 2.3-30 regardless of whether the establishment is licensed under this chapter.

    (e)

    It is unlawful for any person to be an operator of a commercial bodily contact establishment which does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 2.3-31 regardless of whether the establishment is licensed under this chapter.

    (f)

    It is unlawful for any person to be an operator of an escort service which does not satisfy all of the special requirements of section 2.3-32 regardless of whether the service is licensed under this chapter.
