§ 2.3-8. Location and requirements generally.

No adult entertainment establishment or sexually oriented business may operate or be licensed to operate within the unincorporated area of the county on any parcel of land with respect to which the particular use is not permitted under the applicable provisions of article III of the LDC, and each such adult entertainment establishment or sexually oriented business shall be subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in this chapter and in said article III.
