§ 2.3-18. Reapplication after denial.

The applicant may not reapply for a license that has been denied under section 2.3-16 for a period of nine (9) months from the date of denial unless there has been an intervening change in the circumstances which may reasonably lead to a different decision regarding the former reason or reasons for denial.
