§ 19-446. Administration and role of the department.

The Clay County Enforcement Services Director is hereby designated as the county officer responsible for the administration and enforcement of this article. Any powers granted or duties imposed upon the authorized officer may be delegated in writing by the enforcement services director to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of Clay County.
