§ 18.5-51. Application.

This article is enacted under the home rule power of county for the purpose of providing minimum landscaping standards for paved ground surface areas of all nonresidential buildings and, in addition, all residential buildings within the Branan Field Corridor and the Greater Lake Asbury District, as defined in this article, and all residential buildings with contiguous parking areas in excess of four thousand five hundred (4,500) square feet located outside the Branan Field Corridor and the Greater Lake Asbury District in Clay County in the interest of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Clay County. This article shall have effect only in the unincorporated area of the county.
