§ 18.3-241.4. Authority to expend and borrow funds.

For purposes of providing, delivering and funding fire suppression and prevention services by the county within the Fire Control MSTU-2, and for the provision and delivery of facilities, materials, services and equipment in support of such fire suppression and prevention services, the board shall be authorized to borrow and expend funds and to issue bonds, revenue certificates, and other obligations of indebtedness, which powers shall be exercised in such manner and subject to such limitations as may be provided by general law.
