§ 18.3-82. Intent.

It is the purpose and intent of this article to levy the discretionary sales surtax authorized under Section 212.055(2), Florida Statutes, in the manner provided herein, so that upon the adoption and effective date hereof, the levy shall require only the approval of the Clay County electors to become effective.
