§ 16-114. Notice of road impact fee rates.

Prior to the collection of any new or increased road impact fee rates, the impact fee coordinator shall publish a notice once in a newspaper of general circulation within the county, which notice shall include:

(1)

A brief and general description of the road impact fee;

(2)

A description of the geographic areas in which the road impact fees will be collected;

(3)

The road impact fee rates to be imposed;

(4)

The date of implementation of the road impact fee rates set forth in the notice, which date shall not be earlier than ninety (90) days after the date of publication of the notice.
