The revenues realized from road impact fees imposed pursuant to this article shall
be identified in the county's budget as a separate trust fund account required by
Section 163.31801(3)(b), Florida Statutes (2017). The county shall maintain adequate
records to justify all expenditures from the road impact fee trust fund and any accounts
established within such trust fund. The county shall prepare an annual report reflecting
the collection and expenditures during the previous year of the road impact fees imposed
pursuant to this article.
