§ 16-71. Notice of impact fee rates.

Upon adoption of any ordinance imposing revised school impact fee rates or revising the land use categories for the school impact fee, the county shall publish a notice once in a newspaper of general circulation within the county which notice shall include: a brief and general description of the school impact fee; a description of the geographic area in which the school impact fee will be collected; the school impact fee rates to be imposed for each land use category; and the date of implementation of the revised school impact fee rates set forth in the notice, which date shall not be earlier than ninety (90) days after the date of publication of the notice.
