By virtue of this article, the board is hereby empowered and authorized to assess
and impose fees for the review of applications for DRI's and FQD's within Clay County,
Florida, for the review of applications for determination of substantial deviations
or for development order amendments thereof, for additional DRI review as a result
of determination of substantial deviation, for the review of annual reports filed
therefor, and for the review of applications for comprehensive plan amendments filed
in conjunction therewith.
