§ 13-61. Jurisdiction.

The terms of this article shall be applicable:
(1)

In the unincorporated areas of Clay County, Florida, and pursuant to the terms of this article in areas owned or leased by Clay County, which are located within the boundaries of chartered municipalities.

(2)

In the City of Keystone Heights, Florida, and in areas owned or leased by the city and located within the city.
