§ 12-122. Exceptions.
The provisions of this article shall not be applicable to the following:
(a)
An audible alarm affixed to a vehicle;
(b)
A battery operated smoke detector;
(c)
A direct wired residential use smoke detector; or
(d)
A signal light affixed to a private dwelling, business or other structure unless such signal light is used in conjunction with an alarm system.
