§ 11-52. Declaration of emergency; waiver of notice requirements.

Based upon the findings recited in section 11-51, the board hereby declares the existence of an emergency within the meaning of Section 125.66(3), Florida Statutes, waives the notice requirements of said Section 125.66, Florida Statutes by a unanimous vote, and declares that the immediate enactment hereof is necessary.
