§ 10-118. Classification of certain apartments and condominiums as residential property.

(a)

Any apartment or condominium consisting of four (4) or more dwelling units within the same building shall be classified as residential property provided that all persons having an ownership interest thereof have (1) in writing consented to such classification and waived the notice requirements and proceedings under section 10-115(b) and (2) have tendered payment in full to the county manager of the solid waste disposal assessment then in effect, prorated for the remainder of the year on a daily basis, for each dwelling unit. Upon the occurrence of the foregoing, the county manager shall cause such apartment or condominium to be added to the solid waste disposal assessment roll for succeeding years.
