§ 411. Publication of notice of issuance of bonds.

Prior to the issuance of bonds or other obligations, the authority may, in its discretion, publish a notice at least once in a newspaper published and circulated in Clay County stating the date of adoption of the resolution authorizing such obligations, and the amount, maximum rate of interest, and maturity of such obligations and the purpose in general terms for which such obligations are to be issued.
