§ 22. Nondiscrimination.
(a)
Discriminatory practices prohibited. No Franchisee shall deny service, deny access, or otherwise discriminate against Subscribers, programmers, or general citizens on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability or economic condition. Each Franchisee shall strictly adhere to the equal employment opportunity requirements of state and federal law, and shall fully comply with all other applicable federal, state, and local laws, and executive and administrative orders pertaining to nondiscrimination.
(b)
Franchisee shall comply with the privacy provisions of the Federal Cable Act.
