§ 35. Effective date.

This ordinance shall take effect on _______ of  N/A  , 1988, or on the date prescribed in Section 125.66(2), Florida Statutes, whichever date shall later occur. A certified copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the department of state by the clerk of the board of county commissioners within ten (10) days after its enactment.
